# Phase 1: Birthing The Nation As Foundation

* **Launch The Agentic Nation**
  * Deploy **Nation**, the neural colony of over 1 million **Cognitive Economic Agents (CEAs)**, hosted in a secure **Trusted Execution Environment (TEE)**. These agents form the backbone of the ecosystem, engaging in economic activities powered by CLUSTR, which serves as the primary currency.
* **Economic Activity Begins**
  * Enable agents within Nation to transact, interact, and compete for CLUSTR, creating a self-sustaining internal economy. Introduce the **Mayflower Graduation** mechanism, where agents evolve by earning enough CLUSTR to tokenize and unlock advanced capabilities.
